When you request a live quote, the inquiry, catalog and quote settings are processed to produce the draft. Do not submit payment-card data, authentication secrets, health information or other sensitive personal data.
The Mini App keeps your catalog, business profile and up to 20 recent drafts in browser local storage. Your RapidAPI key is kept in session storage and is cleared when that browser session ends. You can clear history, disconnect the key or remove site data at any time.
QuoteMatch records allow-listed product events, request status, latency, request identifiers and operational errors. For live RapidAPI traffic, it also stores the subscriber username, subscription tier and aggregate request counts so the service owner can provide quota support. The application is designed not to place inquiry text, catalogs or API keys in analytics logs.
If you choose Start guided setup, QuoteMatch stores your Telegram chat identifier, optional username, language, business type, weekly quote range, inquiry channel, catalog format and preferred product mode. This information is used to complete onboarding, send one follow-up and help the service owner respond to your needs. Regular Telegram message text is not stored. Send /cancel to delete your onboarding record.
Live requests may pass through RapidAPI and Cloudflare and use OpenAI for catalog matching. Their terms and privacy practices also apply to their processing.
Device data remains until you clear it. Telegram onboarding data remains until you send /cancel or request deletion. Subscriber usage summaries and synthetic monitor results are deleted after 90 days. Stored usage contains aggregate request and token counts, not inquiry text, catalogs or API keys. Operational logs follow the retention configured by the service provider. RapidAPI manages subscription and account data for RapidAPI customers.
QuoteMatch uses HTTPS, bounded inputs and secret-backed service authentication. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; rotate exposed credentials immediately.
